If we’ve been quiet lately, its because we’ve been way, way, way off the grid working hard! The TWP is the furthest afield we’ve ever been, putting in FOUR new wells. Today, Fr. Howard confirmed that the long-awaited well being funded by generous donor Ty Mumford is fully functional at the Children’s Concern Foundation in this far West Tanzanian village.
The well location is 2 hours beyond Arusha, and it took our crew days to arrive there. And many more to place the well due to working in such a remote location. The TWP Well Team ran into significant challenges in placing this well, including surprise rock formations and having to rent a huge truck-bound compressor to develop the hole. The well is producing an amazing 50 gallons per minute…providing significant valuable and blessed water to the children and those around them.
While in the neighborhood, we have either placed or will be placing 3 additional wells, news to come on those soon.
